About

About Me

I grew up in Warsaw, Indiana, went to college at DePauw University, married my incredible wife Alanna and moved to Dublin, California to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree in Computers Arts: New Media at the Academy of Art University which I completed in December of 2007.

My work covers a variety of digital mediums, though I focus primarily on designing for the web. I have experience with both designing and coding and I’m an advocate of web standards. I have extensive knowledge of XHTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL and think I have good taste. I’m also decent with Flash. If you think you have a project for me, drop me a note.

About this Site

I built this site to display my work and write about random stuff like recent trips, technology, design and maybe even beer and wine tasting. I’m new to the blogging thing and I don’t consider myself a writer, so be easy. The imagery in the title bars are my own amateur photography — see the originals over on Flickr.

This site is completely managed with WordPress, is hosted by the nice people at DreamHost and should validate as XHTML 1.0 Strict. If you happen to find anything broken or out of place, please let me know. Also, the icons used are the excellent (and free!) Mini collection.
